Minimalistic Homepage of Jannik Fritsch

Until February 2015 I worked as a Principal scientist at Honda Research Institute Europe GmbH leading various research projects in the area of driver assistance (e.g. Attentive Co-Pilot) with core competencies in image processing for analysis of road traffic scenes and system architectures for camera-based driver assistance. Before that, I was a member of the Applied Computer Science group at Bielefeld University working on personal robots with multi-modal human-machine interaction capabilities. This involved combining human gesture recognition with object detection and speech understanding to realize first concepts of gestural understanding.
